ForRentNow is a listing service that allows you to rent out your property quickly and efficiently. Your properties are advertised in “property ad? listings that you create. Each property advertisement contains detailed information about the property you would like to rent out and includes ample space for you to describe all the details of your property. If you would like to increase your listings exposure, you may choose to place what we call a ‘home page advertisement? Home page advertisements will cause a small thumbnail image of your property to appear right on the first ForRentNow page!

USING ForRentNow

How doI make a listing?

Creating your own listing on ForRentNow is quick and simple. From the main page, click on “List a rental? If you haven’t yet created an account then follow the link to create your own account (this is free). After you have created an account, the next page will collect the information for your listing listing. Once you have filled in the listing form, you will be taken to a payment package selection page. If you look near the middle of your screen you will see a “preview?link where you may see the listing you have created. If you choose to preview, click “edit?near the top of the screen to change what you have typed. Otherwise, click “return to payment? Your listing is now saved into our database but will not be displayed until you activate it. ForRentNow offers two levels of service, a “property ad?which places your listing into the searchable database and a “homepage ad?which puts a picture of your property onto our homepage. You will be prompted to select a ForRentNow Package (click on pricing on the main navigation bar). Each package contains credits for regular property ad or property ad with homepage ad, depending on how may listings you would like to make. Select the plan that matches your needs and click continue. You will be redirected to Arvic Secure Credit Card Processing, a trusted online commerce facilitator. Enter your credit card information (which will not be saved by Arvic and will not be seen by ForRentNow) and click “process? This page will then refer you back to ForRentNow’s website, but be sure to click “Yes?if your browser asks you if you wish to continue to a non secure website. This is completely safe as your credit card transaction is finished. After this, your listing is complete!

How can I change my listing?

If you have created your listing but would like for whatever reason to modify it, you simply need to login to your account. From the ‘My Account?page, scroll until you see the advertisement that you would like to change and click ‘Edit? then follow the onscreen instructions. Changes made to the listings are applied immediately.

How do I pay?

ForRentNow advertisements are paid based on a credit system. Once you have completed your listing you are prompted to select a payment plan. If you are only interested in making a single listing, then using your credit card, you purchase one or more credits. Click on “pricing?for more details.

Am I able to see how many times people have seen my listing(hit counter)?

Absolutely. Once you have created and activated a property advertisement, simply log into your account and locate the property advertisement that you are curious about. At the right side, you will see a hit count for that listing.

Can I put up more than 3 pictures in my listing?

Unfortunately at this time each listing can only contain three images.

What happens when somebody is interested in my house?

ForRentNow provides all users with whatever contact information you give in your listing. If you placed your telephone number in the listing, the interested party may choose to call you directly or to email you. Your email address is not given to the user to protect your privacy. If they would like to email you, they can click on “email the owner of this property? The message that they type is then sent to your email address by us and you can reply to the other party directly.

I want to rent with a roommate; can I find one on ForRentNow?

Unfortunately, we do not offer roommate matching services at this time.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

How is my Credit card information safeguarded?

ForRentNow never takes your credit card information, we use a secure and trusted intermediary company that processing online credit card transactions. Arvic is a THAWTE secured company and your credit information is never stored by ForRentNow or Arvic.

What shows up on my Credit Card Bill?

Your credit card bill will show a charge from CyberWAVE Technologies Inc.

Will I receive spam?

No. Your email address is confidential and will never be sold to a third party.

Is the payment process secure?

The credit card transactions use 128-bit secure-socket layer (SSL) file/data encryption, the same level of encryption required for on-line banking.
